Nearly 20 years later, ESPN hopes it can pull off a similar feat for basketball fans. The sports broadcasting giant is set to debut a new feature called "Virtual 3," which illuminate the three-point line when deep shots are attempted, company reps told Mashable
The Virtual 3's premise is simple: Whenever someone shoots a three-pointer, the line as seen on TV will illuminate in red.
