WASHINGTON — New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie lashed out on Monday night at an audience member who asked why he was campaigning in New Hampshire when there was flood damage in his home state from this weekend's blizzard.
"I don't know what you expect me to do? Do you want me to go down there with a mop?" Christie sarcastically told the woman.
Christie's comment came during a town hall event in Hooksett. It was his second day back in New Hampshire to campaign for his long-shot bid for president. Christie had returned to New Jersey over the weekend to coordinate the state's blizzard response
