Being one of the most famous entertainers on the planet comes with perks when it comes to dealing with Apple, especially if your name is Barbara Streisand.

In a recent interview on NPR, the singer revealed that she contacted Apple CEO Tim Cook to get the pronunciation of her name fixed on Siri — and he agreed to do it.
When show host Scott Simon decided to test Siri on air by asking a question that would bring up Streisand's name, Siri delivered but, according to Streisand, didn't get it completely correct.
"[Siri] pronounces my name wrong," said Streisand. "Streisand with a soft S, like sand on the beach. I've been saying this for my whole career." Read more...
