There's little evidence to support going on a gluten-free diet without a medical reason to do so, but you already knew that.

It's the current thing to eat gluten-free, perhaps thanks to a bunch of celebrities claiming that such a diet will give you more energy or incredible superpowers, but one lonely café is calling the gluten-free fanatic's bluff.
