Gene Wilder's 'Willy Wonka' and 'Blazing Saddles' back in 55 theaters this weekend

LOS ANGELES — If you want to view paradise ... simply look around and view it. Or get down to your nearest AMC Theatres location this weekend, because Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory is playing. 

And you can take the family to the 1971 classic — or join the grownups for the seminal 1974 comedy Blazing Saddles, if that's more your thing — for only five bucks.

To honor Gene Wider, who died Sunday from complications of Alzheimer's, North America's second-largest theater chain partnered with Warner Bros. distribution to put Wonka and Blazing Saddles into 55 locations on Saturday and Sunday. Read more...
